High School Senior Chloe Richards has launched a grassroots fundraising program and is looking for others to help in the effort. Her teen committee is handcrafting and selling "R Baby Bracelets." Chloe Richards’ Teen Committee has made 1,000 R Baby bracelets. Even New York State Senator Hilary Clinton has two R Baby bracelets.
