R Baby is partnering with other impactful organizations to help as many families as possible.
On Sunday, September 24, 2017, R Baby participated in the “Hometown Heroes” walk for FARE (Food Allergy Research Education). The event was in support of families and individuals living with food allergies.
Living with food allergies presents daily challenges. Simple activities like eating in a restaurant, flying on a plane, or going on vacation are never simple. There is thought put into each activity and constant concern about the safety of any given environment.
FARE is an important organization for the more than fifteen million Americans with food allergies. One in thirteen children in this country has a food allergy, many of which are life threatening. FARE educates and is the largest source of funding for food allergy research.
R Baby came to support families facing this challenge and to share important information about the findERnow app to help parents prepare before an emergency occurs. We look forward to partnering with them in additional ways.
In addition, R Baby is working with the Global Lyme Alliance and with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation to promote findERnow to vulnerable families to help them prepare for emergency situations.
